"Amazing service! I was with former company for over 25 yrs and honestly I think they just stopped caring amd saw me as a number...while I watched my number climb in terms of monthly rates. "After several unanswered voicemails for our adjuster, I finally got Jessica involved and she was able to get him on the phone for me. His first response was "This is Mr. Jackson." From there, the rest of the call went down hill with Mr. Jackson avoiding questions and repeatedly hiding behind "the bot". He finally told me he had to go to another call and hung up on me.
